Question:	What is the registration process of the training?
Answer:	Candidate are advised to login the website and select "APPLY ONLINE" then follow the instruction carefully step by step for completing and submission of application form.
Question:	What is difference in registration and apply?
Answer:	Registration can be done at any time which is unique for candidates. After Registration, one can apply for training.
Question:	Can I apply for more than one Trade?
Answer:	Yes, A candidate can apply for 3 trades at a time as per priority. Based on his/her merit, he/she would be selected for only one.
Question:	What is the duration and schedule of the course?
Answer:	It’s a 3-week training program in each trade which includes theory and practical training. In General, It runs every month.
Question:	What are the age criteria of the candidate?
Answer:	Candidate must have attained age of 18 years or not more than 35 years age.
Question:	Do we have to carry any document at the time of reporting?
Answer:	Candidate has to carry original certificates of 10th pass, marksheet/certificates, Aadhar/ Driving License/ Passport/ Voter ID/ Govt. issued ID Card/ College or Institute or School ID card/ Ration Car

Answer:	Candidates first have to register on RKVY website. When there is any announcement of notification then one can apply at link www.railkvy.indianrailways.gov.in .
Question:	How is CGPA converted into percentage?
Answer:	Just multiply the CGPA by 9.5 to get the marks in percentage.
Question:	Who can apply for training?
Answer:	Indian nationals who have passed 10th or equivalent degree from any institution recognized by Central/State govt
Question:	What will the candidate receive on successful completion?
Answer:	On successful completion of the course and passing an examination at the end of the training, candidate will receive a certificate of completion and it can be downloaded from www.railkvy.indianrailways.gov.in also.
Question:	How final selected candidates will be informed?
Answer:	Final selected candidates will be informed by email within one week of the end of verification time.
Question:	What is meaning of first stage of application?
Answer:	First stage of application is meant for filtration of candidates. Those who selected in the first list will have to submit their documents like mark sheet, certificates etc., for verification.
Question:	Can I apply for more than one institute?
Answer:	No, Applicant can apply for only one institute.
Question:	Can anyone be trained in more than one trade?
Answer:	No, Applicant can be trained in only one trade.
Question:	When will the first list of selection be out?
Answer:	The first list of selection will be out very next day of end of application time.
Question:	When will candidate has to report to institute for Training?
Answer:	The candidate will report for training on starting date at selected institute.
Question:	What all trades are available in this training program?
Answer:	There are so many trades are available. Others trades may be added in future. Trade details are available on website.
Question:	Does the trainee need to pay for the training?
Answer:	The trainee does not need to pay any fee for the training.
Question:	Who can apply for training?

Question:	Can I get a job in Railways after successful completion of the course?
Answer:	No, Jobs in Railways are through open competitive examinations and therefore candidate cannot be given job based on this certificate, however this program is to enhance the skill of a person so that he can easily get a job or can start his own start up.
